This process is intended to create and maintain an inventory of candidates for casual opportunities and could also be used to staff similar positions with various titles and security requirements within Transport Canada

In order to be considered, your application must clearly explain how you meet the following (essential qualifications)

CR : Successful completion of two years of secondary school or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.

AS : A secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.

Degree equivalency

Applicable to all groups and levels :
EX1: Experience in providing *administrative support services.
EX2: Experience in providing service to clients.
EX3: Experience in using Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel.

*Administrative support services refers to activities that support the day to day operations of an organization; these generally include (but are not limited to) scheduling, managing and distributing information within the office, entering/tracking information in databases, answering phones, booking travel, managing meeting logistics, electronic information management, scanning documents, tracking budget expenses, minutes, etc.

ASSET QUALIFICATIONS:
AEX1: Experience in taking minutes at meetings.
AEX2: Experience in records management.
AEX3: Experience in providing administrative support services to senior management.

AEX5: Experience in the procurement of goods and/or services.
AEX6: Experience in providing human resources support services.
AXE7: Experience in providing administrative support services in Finance or Accounting.
AEX8: Experience in developing business processes, procedures or training material.
AEX9: Experience in business travel support services (such as making travel arrangements, preparing itineraries, and processing travel claims).
AEX10: Experience in coordinating the preparation of briefing material and executive correspondence.

Preference
