• Greet and interact with visitors to support a quality experience, providing information about the activities at the Sault Ste. Marie Canal and its history
• Facilitate sales of goods and services
• Address and resolve visitor inquires, concerns and complaints
• Routine cleaning of facilities, emptying of garbage and recycling bins, dusting, sweeping, vacuuming and mopping
• Collect revenue using a point-of-sale system, interact machine and cash payments
• Team lead for Visitor Centre which includes managing gift shop operations and inventory
• Order and receive inventory and ensure product is fully stocked throughout the operating season
