This process will be used to fill Reviewing Agents, Quality Control for temporary (casual) roles for the duration of the electoral campaign (approximately 3 to 6 weeks).

• Use of a computer to make data entry in an inventory software.
• Receive and register application forms, records, and other documents for data capture.
• Verify accuracy and completeness of data prior to supervisor’s verification.

CENTRAL, MODERN AND UNIQUE OFFICES
Our building at 30 Victoria Street in Gatineau is in the heart of downtown. It has modern facilities, with collaborative work spaces, indoor parking and several restaurants nearby. There’s also a locker room, shower room and secure indoor bike space that can be accessed from outside. You can take advantage of the 300-kilometre-long bike path.
This intention of the process is to staff temporary (CASUAL) unilingual positions for the duration of the electoral campaign (approximately 3 to 6 weeks).

EDUCATION
Secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE
*Experience in performing data entry and conducting quality assurance using a computerized system.
*Minimum of 3 months of relevant experience is required.

Experience working for an electoral management body at the federal, provincial, territorial, or municipal level.
ORGANIZATIONAL NEEDS
