Step 1: Screening (Review of Applications)

Step 2: Assessment
▶ An interview and/or written exam may be administered.

Work environment

🏢 🏠 We have quickly adapted to the new reality and the majority of our employees are currently working based on a common hybrid work model. Employees can expect to work a combination of both remote and on site, with the frequency of each depending on the operational needs.

Hybrid Work Requirement
As of September 9, 2024, federal public servants in the core public administration (CPA) eligible for hybrid work arrangements are required to work on-site at least three (3) days per week, or 60% of their regular work schedule. AED3: Professional Designation/Certification
Possession of a recognized professional designation/certification: Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), Certified Government Audit Profession (CGAP), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certification in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA).

Experience:
AEX1 - Experience as a member of the Canadian Armed Forces.
AEX2 - Experience in one or more of the following areas:
• Contribute to the development of the risk-based audit or evaluation plan.
• Provide audit advice and recommendations to management.
• Support a quality assurance and improvement program.
AEX3 - Experience contributing to internal or external audit communication products by preparing documents such as presentation decks, letters of recommendation and emails to clients.
AEX4 - Experience in applying audit techniques and methodologies, including using audit software such as IDEA, ACL, Teammate, or Excel.
AEX5 - Experience in one or more specialized or emerging areas of audit practice such as data analytics, artificial intelligence, information technology auditing or fraud detection.
