This position has a variety of functions that are crucial to the development, planning and implementation of a successful visitor services program. This position will require the incumbent to manage various visitor service programs and oversee the recruitment and supervision of staff. Work will primarily be carried out in an office environment.

Graduation from post-secondary studies (minimum of 2-year program) with specialization in tourism, recreation, leisure studies or an acceptable combination of education, training and experience relevant to position.

• EX1: Experience in planning, organizing, and delivering visitor services

Operational Requirements:
• You may be required to work shift-work, and/or weekends, and/or statutory holidays and provincial/territorial holidays as scheduled by your delegated manager. Compensation will be as prescribed in the Terms and Conditions of Employment applicable to you.
• You must be willing to work and travel in a variety of terrains and weather conditions in the performance of the duties.
