This selection process is composed of two (2) different IT-03 Technical Advisor position streams. You can apply to one stream or both streams, based on your experience:

Experience - Project Management (PM) Stream
EX-PM1. Experience coordinating, overseeing and supporting the advancement of digital and IT projects. This experience could cover areas such as establishing accountabilities and objectives, delivering on outcomes, and enabling planning, monitoring, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
EX-PM2. Experience working with clients and technical experts to estimate and plan key phases of the IT project lifecycle. This experience could cover areas such as scoping for financial, operational, and security requirements where awareness of industry best practices and frequently used methodologies is demonstrated.
EX-PM3. Experience working with established procedures to track IT projects, including demonstrating awareness of best practices in IT project planning, and working with clients to gather data.
Experience - Business Analysis (BA) Stream
EX-BA1. Experience applying the principles of business analysis in the planning for business environments, operations, processes, and practices.
EX-BA2. Experience applying the principles of business analysis in the reengineering for business environments, operations, processes, and practices.
EX-BA3. Experience applying the principles of business analysis in the requirement gathering for business environments, operations, processes, and practices.
