Intent of the process

The intent of this process is to staff 1 position on an indeterminate basis located in Lower Sackville, and create a pool of qualified candidates.

In order to be considered, your application must clearly explain how you meet the following (essential qualifications)

EDUCATION
Successful completion of secondary school or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.

Degree equivalency

EXPERIENCE
Recent* and significant** experience using the policing operational records management system Versadex.
Experience in providing advice, support and recommendations to various stakeholders or clients within a policing environment.
Experience in client service delivery.
Experience in researching and applying policy and/or legislation.
Recent* experience using Microsoft Office Business Applications Excel and PowerPoint.

*Recent is having experience acquired within the last three years
**Significant is having a minimum of 2 years experience

EXPERIENCE
Experience using CPIC
Experience in interpreting and applying Uniform Crime Reporting
Experience with Disposition reporting and/or CJIM
Experience writing reports or communications to various levels of management
Experience reviewing files to ensure that policy and procedure are being followed
