Successful completion of two years of secondary school, or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.

Experience providing service to internal or external clients / general public, via telephone or in person.
Experience processing and handling classified, confidential or sensitive information.
Experience working with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Experience in electronic data management (which includes querying, uploading, or maintaining)
Experience in providing administrative support services in a law enforcement and/or legal environment.
Experience in maintaining a law enforcement database such as: Police Reporting Occurrence System (PROS), Canadian Police Information (CPIC), or Automated Criminal Intelligence Information System (ACIIS)
