As various positions will be filled from this inventory, a complete statement of merit criteria is not provided at this time. The criteria listed are those requirements to be met for entry into the inventory. Should you be contacted for further consideration, the hiring manager will provide a copy of the complete Statement of Merit Criteria (SoMC) for the position being filled. At that time, you may be required to provide additional information to be used for screening and assessment. The merit criteria may be assessed each time using a variety of assessment methods in accordance with the position requirements.

As the key provider of services for federal departments and agencies, Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) plays a significant role in the daily operations of the Government of Canada. We are currently looking for dynamic and motivated individuals to fill various administrative positions in many regions across Canada. As an administrative assistant, officer or clerk, you will provide administrative support services in areas as diverse as human resources, finance, materiel or document management, payroll, pensions, to name just a few!

This inventory will be used to staff positions at the CR-03, CR-04, CR-05 and AS-01 groups and levels within Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) with employment tenures, language requirements, security requirements, conditions of employment and work locations that will vary depending on the needs of the positions being staffed.
Job offers resulting from this inventory will be for either PERMANENT, SPECIFIED PERIOD (TERM) or CASUAL EMPLOYMENT.

EDUCATION
Secondary school diploma or higher.
NOTE: Depending on the position being staffed, any of the qualifications below may be deemed as an essential "must have" or asset qualification "nice to have". Therefore, IT IS IMPORTANT that you answer each of the questions.

Depending on the needs of the organization, a random selection will be used at any time during the process to identify which applicants from the inventory will be assessed.
