DDRMIS manages the Defence Resource Management Information System (DRMIS), an application used for financial records, materiel acquisition, workforce management, and weapons and vehicle life cycle management. DDRMIS implements new functionality for the application in accordance with its Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) roadmap and strategy.
This is an inventory of potential candidates to fill upcoming employment opportunities for SAP Specialist positions at the CS-02 level.
These employment opportunities will be based on highly anticipated needs within the Department of National Defence.
This inventory may be used to establish pools of qualified candidates which may be used by DND to staff the following CS02 positions:
Stream 1: SAP Configuration Analyst
Stream 2: SAP ABAP and/or Java Developer
Stream 3: SAP BW and/or BOBJ Developer
Stream 4: SAP Testing Analyst
Stream 5: SAP Basis Analyst
Stream 6: Infrastructure Analyst (Operating System Support and Virtualization Software)
Stream 7: System & Network Security Analyst for SAP environments
Stream 8: SAP Roles & Authorizations Analyst
Stream 9: SAP PI Developer

Essential Education
E1: Education
Successful completion of two years of an acceptable post-secondary educational program in computer science, information technology, information management or another specialty relevant to the position to be staffed.
Notes:
1.Indeterminate period incumbents of positions in the CS group on May 10, 1999, who do not possess the education prescribed above, are deemed to meet the minimum education standards based on their education, training and/or experience. They must be accepted as having met the minimum education standard whenever this standard is called for when staffing positions in the CS group.
2.It is the recognized educational institution (e.g. community college, CÉGEP or university) that determines if the courses taken by a candidate correspond to two years of a post-secondary program at the institution.
3.At the manager’s discretion, an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience may serve as an alternative to the minimum post-secondary education stated above. Whenever the minimum education is met using this alternative, it is met for the specific position only and must be re-assessed for other positions for which this alternative has been specified by the manager.
Essential Experience:
*SIGNIFICANT and **RECENT experience refers to a depth of experience in the indicated area that would normally be acquired over a period of approximately two (2) years within the last five (5) years.
STREAM 1
EXP1: *Significant and **recent experience in configuring at least 1 SAP Application module***. This experience includes the impact assessment on the integration points to at least one other SAP module. For SAP Solution Manager, the impact assessment experience on the integration points is not required
*** SAP Application modules include but are not limited to MM, PM, FI, FM, CO, PS, WFM, RE, EH&S, SAP Solution Manager.
STREAM 2
EXP2: *significant and **recent experience in developing ABAP and/or Java programs in a SAP environment

EXP3: *significant and **recent experience in SAP BW and/or BOBJ
