These employment opportunities will be based on anticipated needs within the department of Public Service and Procurement Canada (PSPC).
The essential qualifications indicated below will be assessed each time. An interview, written exam, reference checks or combination may be used to assess essential. ***Re-evaluation period for this inventory: One year waiting period before you can be re-evaluated in this inventory***.
The inventory will be updated every 45 days. You will receive a notice in your applicant account 7 days before the end of your active period to determine whether or not you wish to keep being considered for an additional 45 days.
This inventory may be used to establish pools of partially or fully qualified candidates which may be used by PSPC to staff Property Facility Officer positions within Real Property Branch and Parliamentary Precinct Branch.

EDUCATION:
A secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
EXPERIENCE:
Experience in providing advice and support to clients
Experience in monitoring standards and guidelines in asset, property or facilities management.
Experience in resolving issues related to contract agreements or projects.
ASSETS:

Experience in using SAP.
Experience in preparing statements of work.
Experience entering into and managing contracts.
Experience in the provision of services related to managing third party service agreements
Experience in the provision of services related to the management of leases.

The positions in Real Property Branch are part of a pool of several other positions. As a condition of employment in any of these positions, you must be willing to be reassigned in the same position to perform similar duties to any work site within Real Property Branch in the National Capital Area, following a written notice (normally 5 working days).
