This is an inventory of potential candidates to fill upcoming employment opportunities at the CR-03, CR-04, in various administrative and clerical fields based on anticipated needs within the Defence National.
The inventory will be updated every 90 days. You will receive a notice in your applicant account 14 days before the end of your active period to determine whether or not you wish to keep being considered for an additional 90 days.
You will be required to complete an online experience questionnaire when you apply. You must clearly demonstrate in writing, with concrete examples, how you meet each essential experience requirement. Failure to do so may result in your application being rejected. You must respond to all statements in all categories in order to proceed to the next steps. Your resume will not be examined as part of this process. You will then have to provide all the information necessary while responding to questions presented as part of your application.

Here are a few examples of key activities that you could possibly be required to assume:
. Conducts general administration and office services.
. Receives, registers, compiles and distributes documents, correspondence and communications related material such as fax and electronic mail.

. Assembles and prepares documents and various other materials.
Depending on the needs of the organization, candidates will be randomly selected from the inventory for assessment purposes. This process may be used to establish a pool of partially or fully qualified candidates which may be used by National Defence to staff positions with various linguistic profiles, various security profiles, various locations across Quebec and various tenures such as (indeterminate, term and casual position).
