This inventory is for casual employment. Casual employment is a temporary employment of 90 working days or less, in a calendar year, generally to meet needs arising from short term requirements.

In order to be considered, your application must clearly explain how you meet the following (essential qualifications)

Successful completion of two years of secondary school or an acceptable combination
of experience, education and/or training.

Degree equivalency

Experience providing clerical support services.

Experience in providing client services.

Experience in using Microsoft Suite applications such as Word, Excel, Power Point and/or Outlook.

Successful completion of post-secondary education in a field related to the duties of the position.

Degree equivalency

Experience providing administrative support services.

Experience dealing with individuals to obtain or provide information requiring explanation and/or clarification in a client service environment.

Experience in a client-service-oriented setting.

Experience in providing client support services in an office environment.

Experience in reviewing, analyzing and extracting information from files.

Experience in working in a stockroom (receiving and shipping).

Experience in records management.

Experience in working in a human resources environment.

Experience using financial software packages.

Experience in providing financial services associated with accounts receivable or accounts payable and general bookkeeping.

Experience using an electronic tracking system.

Experience processing claims.

Experience in mail or courier services.

Experience in the use of presentation software.

Experience using human resources database software.

Experience working at a clerical or administration level within a medical environment.

Experience working with medical terminology.

Experience using MS Access.
