POSITION IS LOCATED IN ST. THERESA POINT, MANITOBA. SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES MUST BE WILLING TO RELOCATE TO COMMUNITY AND OBTAIN OWN ACCOMODATION
• Verify, gather and enter data into database; assist in problem solving and implement quality control procedures.
• Prepare and process reports and required documents.
• Maintain electronic/hard copy files, production logs and report records.
• Maintain inventory of supplies. Prepare, count, assemble, verify and package deliveries of equipment/information packages. Ensure equipment is in safe operating order, ensure availability, organize storage and prepare equipment/materials.
• Provide receptionist services and general office support. Direct clients; receive and transmit general information.
• Assist in orientation and training to new staff/students on file management, data input, or other related duties.
A pool of qualified candidates may be established and may be used to staff similar positions at this group and level with various security requirements, various conditions of employment as well as various tenures acting,assignment/secondment, deployment, term and/or indeterminate) in St. Theresa Point, Manitoba.

EDUCATION
• Successful completion of two years of secondary school or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
EXPERIENCE
• Experience in providing general clerical support services.
KNOWLEDGE
• Knowledge of general office practices and procedures.
• Knowledge of the functions of the First Nations and Inuit Health Branch in the community.
ABILITIES

Preference will be given to veterans first and then to Canadian citizens and permanent residents, with the exception of a job located in Nunavut, where Nunavut Inuit will be appointed first.
