📌 Workplace:
The official workplace for the position to be filled is located in Québec City (320 St-Joseph Street East). At the moment, successful candidates will be required to work at the work site in a hybrid work mode (at least 2 days each week, or 40% of the regular work schedule). A part-time telework agreement may be discussed and implemented at the time of hiring in accordance with the operational needs of the position to be filled.

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for administrative services in support of management and employees from the branch. He/she will coordinate various committees and internal meetings. He/she will be responsible for communicating information and following up on files and requests on behalf of management. In addition, he/she will perform various tasks such as: managing electronic documents, processing e-mails, correspondence and reports, including those relating to finance and human resources.

EDUCATION
- A high school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
EXPERIENCE
- Experience in planning and coordinating committees or meetings involving several internal and/or external stakeholders and management members.
- Experience preparing, reviewing and processing correspondence and administrative documents.
- Experience providing information to clients, colleagues or management.
- Recognized post-secondary or vocational diploma in office automation or a related field.
