🐟 This is an anticipatory process that may be used to staff PM-05 positions in Area Offices located in Corner Brook, Grand Falls-Winsor and St. John’s. This process may also be used to staff similar positions with various tenures in various locations across Newfoundland and Labrador.

Education:
A secondary school diploma or an employer approved alternative.
The employer-approved alternatives to a secondary school diploma are:
• A satisfactory score on the Public Service Commission test approved as an alternative to a secondary school diploma; or
• An acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
EXPERIENCE:
EX1: Experience providing strategic advice to management on complex issues*
* A complex issue is defined as a problem or situation requiring such things as analysis, consultation and/or risk assessment.
EX2: Experience advising and negotiating with client organizations on complex issues*
* A complex issue is defined as a problem or situation requiring such things as analysis, consultation and/or risk assessment.
EX3: Experience establishing and maintaining partnerships with various stakeholders such as: Indigenous groups, volunteer organizations, municipal associations, and/or provincial groups.
