A pool of partially qualified candidates will be established to fill positions in various locations at Public Services and Procurement Canada, of various durations (such as indeterminate, term, acting, casual).

Education:
Successful completion of two years of secondary school or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
Experience :
1. Experience in performing administrative tasks in an office or virtual environment.
2. Experience in providing services to clients by telephone, in writing or in person.
Various language requirements
Positions in Montreal, Quebec or Rimouski : French essential and/or bilingual imperative
Positions in Vancouver, Victoria, Edmonton, Calgary, Winnipeg, Regina, Saskatoon or Toronto : English essential

Asset qualifications:
1. Experience in providing administrative support services of a general nature, such as calendar management, meeting planning, coordination and review of documentation, data or report retrieval, preparation of minutes, etc.
2. Experience in providing financial support services, such as budgeting, financing, audits, accounts receivable/payable, account reconciliation, expense reports & salary forecasts, etc.
3. Experience in using advanced features of Microsoft Excel spreadsheets or PowerBI software to produce reports and data analysis.
4. Experience in providing administrative support in various human resources areas, such as planning, training, organizational design, recruitment, occupational health & safety, labour relations, etc.
5. Experience in using features of Microsoft Office and Outlook.
6. Experience in providing administrative support services in procurement.
NOTE: Depending on the position to be filled, any of the qualifications below could be considered an asset qualification. This does not mean that you must have all these qualifications, but they could be a determining factor in the choice of persons to be appointed. We therefore strongly encourage you to list all the qualifications you possess.
