EDUCATION
ED1- A secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
If you acquired your diploma outside of Canada, you will be required to provide a Canadian equivalency certificate.
EXPERIENCES
EX1- Experience in providing strategic advice to management.
EX2- Experience in the acquisition of professional services as contracting authority.
EX3- Experience providing interpretation and advice or guidance to managers and clients on the procedures, policies and legislation related to the procurement for goods or services.
EX4- Experience acquiring goods or services or construction using various procurement methodologies such as Standing Offers and Supply Arrangements within a Procurement and Contracting environment.
EX5- Experience entering procurement data in an accounting system.
ASSET TRAINING
AED1- Completion of a minimum of one of the mandatory courses of the certification program for the Federal Government, Procurement and Materiel Management Community.
ASSET EXPERIENCES
AEX1- Experience in preparing and/or managing documents for the procurement of goods and/or services contracts, including Request for Proposals (RFP) and/or Request for Quotation (RFQ).
AEX2- Experience in evaluating proposals and/or quotations.
AEX3- Experience in providing sound advice and recommendations to clients on contracting issues.
Bilingual - Imperative (BBB/BBB)

K1- Knowledge of the procurement life cycle within the context of Canadian federal government including relevant regulations, policies, directives and procedures.
ABILITIES
