Salary, Allowances, and Benefits:
In addition to salary, you are entitled to an isolated posts allowance. This can range from $19,833 to $27,387 per year, depending on the number of dependants and the geographic location. You are also entitled to vacation travel allowance of approximately $1,000 once a year for you and each eligible dependant.
As a federal government employee, you will also receive a comprehensive benefit package including an employee pension plan and health, dental and group insurance.
Workplace and telework:
Employees must perform their duties from the regional office located at Yellowknife, Northwest Territories. Successful candidates will be required to work at the work site, either full-time or in a hybrid work mode. A part-time telework agreement may be discussed and implemented at the time of hiring in accordance with the operational needs of the position to be filled.

The persons occupying these positions will provide administrative support to the Director and team members, including budgetary tracking and expenditure monitoring, filing, assisting with event management and implementation and performing general administrative duties to support the Directorate.

• A secondary school diploma or employer-approved alternatives.

• Experience providing administrative support (such as but not limited to filing; drafting and managing correspondence; making travel arrangements; conducting research; managing schedules).
