Intent of the process

The immediate intent of this selection process is to staff one position on an indeterminate basis: Bilingual imperative CBC/CBC.

A pool of qualified and/or partially qualified candidates may be created to staff similar positions within FedNor with various language requirements and various tenures (indeterminate, specified period, acting, deployment, assignment, secondment).

EDUCATION

Graduation with a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution with acceptable specialization in human resources management, labour or industrial relations, psychology, public or business administration, organizational development, education sciences, social sciences, sociology, or in any other field relevant to the work to be performed.

Degree equivalency

EXPERIENCE

Experience interpreting policies and directives to analyze complex human resource issues and provide recommendations to clients.

Experience in the development or implementation of human resources projects, plans, initiatives, programs or strategies.

Experience in conducting research, analyzing information, and providing recommendations to management, stakeholders, or partners on human resources issues.
