Duties

Provision of procurement, administrative and operational support services to senior managers, managers and employees of the Office of the Public Sector Integrity Commissioner.

The Office of the Public Sector Integrity Commissioner of Canada (the Office) is a small organization with an important mandate, and we are looking for talented and skilled individuals to join our team.

Specifically, the Office provides public servants and members of the public with a process for receiving and investigating disclosures of wrongdoing in the federal public sector. It reports founded cases of wrongdoing to Parliament and makes recommendations to chief executives on corrective measures. The Office also provides a mechanism for public servants and former public servants to make complaints of reprisals.

Degree equivalency

EXPERIENCE
EX1 - Experience in providing support and services in the procurement of good and/or services.
EX2 - Experience in providing support and services in office accommodations and project management.
EX3 - Experience in providing administrative support and services including purchasing office supplies, paying invoices, processing travel.
EX4 - Experience in preparing correspondence, briefing materials and/or presentations.

AEDU - Graduation with a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution in a filed related to the position.

Degree equivalency

EXPERIENCE
AEX1 - Experience in providing forecasting budgeting support, analyzing financial reports and reconciling data.
AEX2 - Experience in providing support services functions in office security and to personnel.
AEX3 - Experience using advanced functionalities in Microsoft Excel software.
AEX4 - Experience in using a financial system (ex: SAP, G/X)
AEX5 - Experience in delivering training sessions or material.

ORGANIZATIONAL NEEDS
