A secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience related to the position.

- Experience in providing support related to the maintenance of electrical or fire alarm systems located within commercial buildings.
- Experience in analyzing documentation and in preparing related technical reports.

Experience in the operation and maintenance of commercial Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems or Building Automation Control Systems (BACs).

- Valid provincial electrical construction and maintenance Certificate of Qualification (C of Q) and/or CFAA designation
