Duties

The positions to be filled are under the responsibility of the Contract, Quality and Organizational Improvement team. This team ensures that the Real Property Contractor, Brookfield Global Integrated Solutions (BGIS), fulfills its technical obligations, in accordance with the RP-1 contract including quality monitoring. At the same time it is responsible for compliance activities for the CE-PTS business lines.

Inspired by a desire for integrity, continuous improvement and innovation, the Contract, Quality and Organizational Improvement team works in collaboration with the organization’s various sectors and clients. The people we’re looking for stand out for the quality of their interpersonal relations and their oral and written communication skills. Diploma from a recognized post-secondary institution in a field related to the position such as property management, public administration, business administration, business management, engineering and building technology, economics, finance or law or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.

E1. Significant experience* in completing complex analyses** and writing reports on strategic issues to support decision-making.

E2. Experience in human resources or multidisciplinary team management.

E3. Significant* experience in managing a quality or continuous improvement system, or in analyzing performance indicators or dashboards to monitor performance.

E4. Experience of managing a major change*** within a large organization.

Definitions:
* "Significant experience" is defined as rich and diversified experience normally associated with the performance of a wide range of activities. This experience is generally acquired over a period of about five (5) years.

** By "complex analysis" we mean an analysis that involves various elements that need to be considered in an integrated approach in order to identify the major trends in a field, likely to have repercussions on an organization's orientations.

*** By "major change", we mean a change that has an impact on the organization's culture, on its strategic orientations, that provides opportunities for innovation and that adds value, for example.
