EDUCATION:
Possess one of the following qualifications:
EDU1. Hold a bachelor's degree in one of the following technical fields: Civil engineering, architecture, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, engineering technology or in a field related to the position to be staffed.
OR
Hold a Diploma of College Studies (DCS) in one of the following technical fields: Civil engineering, architecture, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, engineering technology, or in a field related to the position being staffed.

EXPERIENCE:
EX1. Acceptable* experience in planning, validation of needs, management of corrective and/or preventive maintenance work;
EX2. Acceptable* experience in real property operations;
EX3. Experience in human resources management;

ASSET EXPERIENCE:
AEX1. Recent* and significant* work experience with the use of CMMS (Computerized maintenance management system) planning and maintenance software.
AEX2. Infrastructure asset management experience.
