EDUCATION
• Successful completion of secondary school or an acceptable combination of education, training and experience.
Applicants submitting education credentials from a non-Canadian institution are responsible for obtaining certification that these credentials are the equivalent of the Canadian education level required for the position.
EXPERIENCE
• Experience in providing administrative services support for an office such as, but not limited to: maintaining a filing system; collecting background materials; procuring office equipment and supplies; scheduling and organizing meetings/teleconferences; and coordination of logistics for meetings, gatherings, or events.
• Experience in managing the flow of correspondence, such as but not limited to receiving, analyzing, processing and tracking reports, mail, electronic messages and other documents.
• Experience using Outlook, Word and Excel.

ASSET EDUCATION
•Completion of post-secondary education (college, university, or technical school).
ASSET EXPERIENCE
•Experience in completing, verifying or processing travel expense claims and invoices.
•Experience in the use of SAP.
•Experience in providing financial support services to management, including the use of an acquisition card.
•Experience in tracking budgets, commitments, and expenses.
•Experience in processing invoices to obtain the necessary signatures and complete payments and resolve ongoing issues.
•Experience interpreting and applying the Financial Administration Act.
•Experience in procurement activities.
•Experience in extracting and interpreting financial data in order to prepare reports.
