𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐅𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐋𝐢𝐧𝐞 (𝐏𝐅𝐌𝐒𝐋) - 𝐌𝐒𝐒 (𝐌𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬) 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐩 within PSPC offers a comprehensive range of services to federal departments, including heritage stone masonry, signage, welding, transportation, carpentry, and electrical work, with a commitment to the preservation and restoration of buildings.

The electrical division of the MSS group offers diverse expertise with a particular focus on the electrical maintenance of federal buildings. It carries out small-scale contracts, infrared scans, and emergency repairs on electrical panels and equipment. It also provides maintenance for outdoor lighting, sometimes requiring the use of a bucket truck.
