Intent of the process

A pool of qualified or partially qualified candidates may be created to staff similar positions on a term or indeterminate basis within Public Services and Procurement Canada in Matane, Qc.

📢Note that physical presence is required as telework is not offered on a full time basis.
📢Some positions may require 100% in-person presence.

➨ Successful completion of two years of secondary school or employer-approved alternatives (see Note 1).

🎓 EDUCATION : A secondary school diploma.

📌EXPERIENCES :
1. Experience in providing client service. (Providing client services is defined as, but is not limited to: answering telephone calls, providing assistance to clients, serving the public, etc.).
2. Experience using a pay system (such as, but not limited to Phoenix).
3. Experience reviewing documentation and extracting critical information.
4. Experience in entering or verifying accounting transactions in a computerized system. (This could include, but is not limited to: credit card purchasing, accounts payable, billing, journal vouchers and reporting).
5. Experience using Excel for data entry and spreadsheets manipulation.

1. Experience working with SAP financial system.
2. Experience providing administrative support services. (Administrative support services is defined as, for example, but not limited to: managing agendas, scheduling and organizing meetings/teleconferences, preparing and collating meeting file folders and background materials, procuring office equipment and supplies, maintaining a filing system, data entry and other related duties.)

1.Ability to effectively work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
