As an Administrative Support Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the following services for the Associate Director’s Office at the Lethbridge Research and Development Centre:
• Provide administrative support services to the Associate Director’s Office.
• Review and track forms to obtain approvals for various requests (including travel, conference attendance and training).
• Review and track publications and copyright requests for approval.
• Manage calendars and mailboxes.
• Sort and classify paper documents or electronic files.
• Document and maintain up-to-date tools and information guides.
• Prepare, record and distribute agendas and minutes for multiple committee meetings.
• Provide support for employees submitting travel requests and expense reports.
We are seeking to fill ONE full-time CASUAL (90-working-day) contract with a start date as soon as possible.
This process is for casual employment only which is a temporary employment of 90 workings days or less in a calendar year.

Experience planning, organizing and prioritizing work within an office environment.
Experience preparing, editing, formatting, and reviewing a variety of documents and correspondence.

Diploma from a recognized post-secondary institution with acceptable specialization in office administration, business administration, or a field relevant to the position.
