Working with First Nations in the area of health care delivery.

Mobilizing people to address specific or systemic health care delivery needs.
✔ EXP 3 - Recent and significant* experience in managing financial resources** and multi-disciplinary teams***
*Significant experience refers to the depth and breadth of the experience associated with having performed a broad range of related activities which are normally acquired over a period of two (2) years.
**Financial resources management: Applicants must clearly demonstrate that they have managed financial resources for a budget. Some examples of managing financial resources may include full delegation for a budget, forecasting, planning, reporting and budget allocation, etc. Applicants must also indicate the size of the budget they managed.
***Multi-disciplinary teams: Applicants must clearly demonstrate that they have managed multi-disciplinary teams and must indicate the number of employees they have managed.
