🎓EDUCATION :
➡️A secondary school diploma or employer-approved alternatives.
Employer-approved alternatives to a secondary school diploma:
1) a satisfactory score on the PSC test approved as an alternative to a secondary school diploma.

2) an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.

Degree equivalency

✍️EXPERIENCES :
➡️EXP1 : Recent* and significant** experience in the development and implementation of procurement strategies in one of those sectors:
• goods
• services
• construction services.

* Given the global context of change in supply chains, “recent” experience is sought: "Recent experience" refers to experience gained in the last six (6) years.

**Significant experience is defined as being one in which the person's primary responsibilities include these duties and refers to the breadth and depth as well as complexity of tasks that could be expected to have been obtained by carrying out the buyer’s functions for a period of three (3) years. This experience may have been obtained in the private sector. This experience includes several procurement activities, some examples of which are:
• Development of procurement plans and strategies,
• Preparation of procurement-related documents,
• Evaluation of bids, negotiation,
• Development or in-depth review of evaluation criteria,
• Granting of contracts,
• Contract administration, etc.)

➡️EXP 2: Experience in preparing procurement documents such as:
• Statements of Work,
• basis of payment,
• evaluation criteria or instructions to bidders.

➡️EXP 3: Experience in proposal evaluation or award of contracts or negotiation.

➡️EXP 4: Experience in contract management.

➡️EXP 5: Experience performing analyzes and providing advice or recommendations on matters requiring interpretation of procurement procedures**.

✍️EXPERIENCES :
➡️AEX2 - Experience conducting at least three (3) **complex competitive procurement processes for the acquisition of goods or services or construction
**Complex is defined as a procurement having a minimum of four (4) of the following characteristics:
1. High dollar value ($1M or more)
2. Consultation with multiple clients or stakeholders
3. Multi-phased evaluations
4. High profile or sensitive in nature
5. High-risk project (e.g., scope, security, emergency, departmental priorities, etc.)
6. Negotiation of non-standard terms and conditions
7. Subject to Comprehensive Land Claims Agreements
8. Resolution of bid evaluation or contracts management issues including procurement policy interpretations
9. Involving Government socio-economic considerations into projects such as Indigenous Procurement, green procurement, etc.

➡️AEX3: Experience in delivering training or coaching or mentoring in procurement or other related topic.

➡️AEX 4: Experience in providing procurement services in a government context (federal or provincial or municipal)
