This is an anticipatory staffing process designed to create a pool of qualified candidates. This pool could be used to staff similar or identical positions with various tenures, various language requirements, various locations and/or various security clearance levels within Veterans Affairs Canada.

Education:
ED1 - Graduation from a recognized post-secondary institution with a Bachelor’s degree or an acceptable combination* of education and experience .
*Acceptable combination of education and experience is defined as a secondary school diploma combined with depth and breadth of experience normally associated with the performance of duties on a regular basis in one of the fields of experience listed in the Experience Section.
Experience:
EX1 - Experience in conducting research, analyzing and interpreting policies, legislation or regulations, to support the development of program or policy documentation.
EX2 - Experience in providing briefings, advice and recommendations to management on policy, program or client-service related issues.
EX3 - Experience in developing workplans, planning projects or delivery of events.
Assets:
AQ1 - Experience as a member of the Canadian Armed Forces.
AQ2 - Experience in delivering a grants and contributions program, administering and managing funding agreements.
AQ3 - Experience working with procurement services on the development of Request for Proposal (RFP), contracts or other procurement processes.
AQ4 - Experience in supporting project or contract management.
AQ5 - Experience supervising or managing staff.
