We will therefore continue to rediscover the value of shared in-person experiences that are essential to cohesive, collaborative, and high-performing organizations. Our work in person supports collaboration, team spirit, innovation, and a culture of belonging. It helps us build trust and learn from each other.

Operational Requirements (depending on the positions being staffed):
- Willing and able to work overtime on short notice.

(dependent on the position being staffed)
Failure to obtain this security clearance means either the candidate will not receive a job offer or the conditional offer will be rendered null and void. For a secret security clearance, the verification of background information over a period of 10 years is typically required. For further information, you may wish to review the TB Standard on Security Screening and the Policy on Government Security.
