Duties

โžจ Plans and ensures the coordination of the delivery of services related to buildings and facilities in the premises inventory of Public Service and Procurement Canada.
โžจ Manages a portfolio of real property and facilities, in collaboration with other sectors, external clients and partners.
โžจ Manages a financial budget.
โžจ Ensures projects management, provides strategic advice, leads teams responsible for providing real estate services.
โžจ Collaborates with other departments, federal organizations as well as industry and represents the interests of the department and/or client relatively to real property management questions.
โžจ Analyzes needs, objectives and data in order to provide recommendations to management or clients.
โžจ Develops, verifies and approves submissions, plans and strategies for management of buildings and property as well as financing approval documents within the limits of their financial delegations.

While flexible work arrangements are an option, PSPC opted for a hybrid model that retains opportunities for remote work blended with purposeful time in person in the office.
