Stream 1 – Project Team Leader
Leads a team responsible for managing financial activities for the organization including financial planning, forecasting, costing, and reporting.
Stream 2 – Training Officer
Responsible for the duties related to application training and development including user materials, training strategies, classroom, and virtual training.
Stream 3 - Change management Officer
Responsible for the duties related to change management including consulting, developing and implementing change management artefacts (project management, communication, implementation plans) for IT projects.
Stream 4 - Business Analyst
Performs business analysis activities for IT/IM-enabled projects, including the elicitation, representation, verification and validation of business requirements, processes and workflows.
About Us
The Correctional Service of Canada (CSC) is the federal government agency responsible for administering sentences of a term of two years or more, as imposed by the courts. CSC is responsible for managing institutions of various security levels and supervising offenders under conditional release in the community.

EXPERIENCE - All streams
*Recent and **significant experience consulting, liaising, and working collaboratively with partners and stakeholders.
Experience in developing and formulating recommendations to management (director level or above).
EXPERIENCE - Stream 1
*Recent and **significant experience in supervising and/or managing an operational or project team.
*Recent experience preparing, analyzing and interpreting financial management reports, and conducting financial analyses, budgeting, forecasting, and costing.
Experience in preparing briefing material to management (director level or above) on a broad range of questions related to financial matters.
EXPERIENCE - Stream 2
Experience providing advice and guidance to clients regarding training activities and products.
*Recent and **significant experience in planning, developing, and delivering adult training programs such as applications training, business process instruction, tutorial, presentation.
EXPERIENCE - Stream 3
Experience in leading, developing and / or implementing changes to policies, programs, procedures, tools or systems.
*Recent experience in support to the application of change management processes.
EXPERIENCE - Stream 4
*Recent and **significant experience eliciting requirements from different stakeholders such as executives, subject matter experts and/or IT professionals.
*Recent and **significant experience documenting current and/or future state requirements, business process models, business use cases, and/or user stories.
*Recent and **significant experience participating in planning projects, managing projects, measuring project progress and team performance.
