The immediate need is to staff indeterminate positions within the IO and JIO Development Program in the National Capital Region with a bilingual imperative BBB/BBB linguistic profile. A pool of partially qualified candidates could be established to fill indeterminate positions in the above-mentioned regions with various linguistic profiles.
Successful candidates who qualify in this process may receive job offers as early as summer 2024.

The IO development program allows participants to progressively move up to the PG-04 group and level. Participants considered for progression must meet the PG-02, PG-03, and PG-04 job requirements. The successful completion of the Program leads to an indeterminate appointment at the PG-04 group and level.
The JIO development program allows participants to access the PG-02 group and level. Successful completion of the program leads to an indeterminate appointment to the PG-02 group and level.

🎓 EDUCATION
✅ For the Intern Officer (IO) Program:
• A college diploma from a recognized post-secondary institution should be obtained by June 2024 with at least one of the following specializations: Supply Chain Management OR e-Business Supply Chain Management.
OR
• A degree from a recognized post-secondary institution should be obtained by June 2024.
✅ For the Junior Intern Officer (JIO) Program :
• A secondary school diploma or employer-approved alternatives. *
* Notes: The employer-approved alternatives to a secondary school diploma are: a satisfactory score on the Public Service Commission test approved as an alternative to a secondary school diploma; or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
⚠️ Proof of graduation will be required prior to the start date of the offer of employment. If you have a foreign degree(s), you will have to provide proof of Canadian equivalency.
