The foundation of its modernized vision rests on several initiatives, including strengthening employee wellbeing; improving service quality; reaching out to professional associations, universities and clients; planning and managing resources effectively; and conducting research and development in machine translation and artificial intelligence.

▻ Why was my application automatically rejected when I submitted it?
To be listed in the directory, you must meet the essential education qualification at the time you submit your application. If you incorrectly indicated "No" for this qualification, simply retrieve your application and update your answer to the screening question.
▻ What does "Listed in the Directory" mean?
When your application has been successfully submitted to the inventory, your status may be, "Results Release Date: Enrolled in Inventory." Your application will be held in the directory for 80 days. A notice will be posted to the "My Jobs File" menu in your account 20 days prior to the expiration of your application. If you ignore this notice, your application will be deactivated and you will no longer be considered for referrals from this inventory. Should your application expire during the term of this inventory, a notice will be posted in your account.
