The immediate need is to staff 1 temporary opportunity of 2 years in duration. The position is presently being staffed on a term, acting, assignment or secondment basis, but the qualified pool may be used later to staff the position on an indeterminate basis.

***IMPORTANT*** In addition to the essential and asset education and experience criteria screening questions, the ability to communicate effectively in writing, Client Service - Level 1, Attention to Detail and Reliability will also be evaluated at the time of application. - A secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training, and/or experience.
Experience:
- Experience in providing client service.
- Experience in providing administrative support services within a Corporate Services environment (ex. Tenant Services, Security, Emergency Management, Material Management, Information Management, etc.

- Experience in providing advice and guidance.
- Experience supervising (for example, assigning tasks, training/mentoring, providing feedback)

Operational Requirements:
- Be willing and able to render First Aid, if necessary.
- Be willing and able to work overtime, sometimes on short notice.
