ED1. Graduation with a degree from a recognized school of pharmacy.

OCCUPATIONAL CERTIFICATION
OC1. Eligibility for registration as a pharmacist in a province or territory of Canada.

EXPERIENCE
EX1. Experience in the administration, management or maintenance of a clinical pharmacy information system.
EX2. Experience using pharmacy dispensing software that includes drug interaction software.
EX3. Experience in researching and analyzing information to prepare written materials (such as briefing notes, correspondence, presentations or reports) for senior management or clients.
EX4. Experience delivering presentations to a varied audience.

EDUCATION
AED1. Possession of one or more of the following: a Masters in Health Informatics, Post Baccalaureate Doctor of Pharmacy degree, Masters in Clinical Pharmacy, completion of an Accredited Canadian Pharmacy Residency (ACPR) program OR Masters in Supply Chain Management.

EXPERIENCE
AEX01. Experience working within the Canadian Forces Health Services.
AEX02. Experience as a clinical pharmacist in a community pharmacy.
AEX03. Experience in testing or evaluating software culminating in written reports and recommendations to senior management.
AEX04. Experience in maintaining inventory and producing reports used in pharmacy as well as material management.
AEX05. Experience electronically ordering licensed pharmaceuticals from a distributor or manufacturer.
