If you need any accommodation measures during any phase of the assessment process (screening questions, exam, interview), please contact us by sending an email to the "Contact information" below before the closing date.

All information received in relation to accommodation will be kept confidential.

*(As per the Accessible Canada Act, disability is defined as any impairment, including a physical, mental, intellectual, cognitive, learning, communication or sensory impairment — or a functional limitation — whether permanent, temporary or episodic in nature, or evident or not, that, in interaction with a barrier, hinders a person’s full and equal participation in society.)

Main duties :
- Answer questions from the Parole Board of Canada’s employees and board members regarding compensation;

This is a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic team whose client service is at the heart of their work and to have a direct impact on people's lives.

Work environment

Looking for a rewarding career in a dynamic work environment? Come work for us!
The Parole Board of Canada (PBC) is a small independent administrative tribunal with an impactful mandate.

The PBC contributes to public safety through the gradual, timed and controlled release of offenders back into society. We work with both offenders and victims of crime. We also administer some other very interesting programs: Record Suspensions (Pardons), Expungement (Historically Unjust Convictions), and Clemency (Royal Prerogative of Mercy).

We are a diverse, inclusive and barrier-free organization that draws on the talent, ideas and creative potential of all our employees. We support positive mental health and work-life balance, which includes a flexible telework policy. We also support second language learning through a dedicated budget and employee learning through a Collective Learning Roadmap.

We are part of the core federal public service and an employer of choice! But don’t just take our word for it – check out what our employees have to say*:
• 94% feel their work contributes to the achievement of the organization’s goals.
• 90% are proud of the work they do.
• 90% say their immediate supervisor supports the use of flexible work hours.
• 84% say that every individual is accepted as an equal member of the team in their work unit.
• 84% say their immediate supervisor supports their mental health and well-being.

For more information on who we are and what we do, visit Canada/Parole-Board-of-Canada, or check us out on Twitter at @pbc-clcc.
