The immediate intent of this poster is to staff two (2) indeterminate positions.
The results of this process may be used to staff same or similar English Essential positions with various tenures (acting, assignment/secondment, deployment, term and/or indeterminate) and various security clearance levels within Indigenous Services Canada.

EDUCATION:
A secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
EXPERIENCE:
Experience providing client services either in person, by phone or by email.
Experience working with computerized databases and/ or financial systems.
Experience in providing administrative support.
Experience performing data entry, manipulation, verification or retrieval in an automated system or software such as spreadsheets or databases.
English essential
Information on language requirements
KNOWLEDGE:
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel functions.
ABILITIES:
Ability to prepare MS Excel spreadsheets.
Ability to research information, verify data, forecast and prepare specific reports for program analysts.
Ability to manage multiple tasks to meet critical deadlines.
Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.

ASSET QUALIFICATIONS
Experience:
Experience working with First Nation clients.
Experience in dealing with internal complex issues with clients.
Experience applying administrative policies, procedures or directives.
Experience in preparing documents in Microsoft Word and presentations in PowerPoint.
Experience generating reports from statistics and/or computer-based statistical systems.
