***************************

VERY IMPORTANT NOTE: Candidates MUST provide a resume. You must provide concrete and detailed examples to clearly demonstrate how you meet the education and experience requirements listed in the essential qualifications and asset qualifications section. The screening board cannot make any assumptions about your experience. It is not sufficient to say that you have the required qualifications or to list your current duties. One effective approach would be to use the wording of each experience criterion as a heading and then write one or two paragraphs demonstrating that you have the required experience and ensure that clear and accurate details are provided.

APPLICATIONS THAT DO NOT CLEARLY DEMONSTRATE THAT THE CANDIDATE MEETS THE SCREENING CRITERIA WILL NOT BE GIVEN FURTHER CONSIDERATION.

Consider answering screening and interview questions in a structured, concrete and concise manner:
•Situation and Tasks: Describe the circumstances. When, where, who? Assume your interviewers know nothing.
•Actions: What did you consider in dealing with the situation (analysis, consultation, research)? What approach did you take and why?
•Results: What was the final outcome? Feedback received or lessons learned?

Please note that only those applicants who meet the education and/or experience criteria will be invited to the next stage of evaluation. We thank all applicants for your interest in this selection process.
