❗ As per the TBS common hybrid work model for the Federal Public Service, there is an in-person requirement of at least 2 days per week in the office. Locations will vary across Canada depending on the position. ❗

EDUCATION
Graduation with a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution with acceptable specialization in a field relevant to the duties of the position, such as commerce, marketing, business administration, legal studies, economics, international trade, international development science, engineering, OR an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.

EXPERIENCE
Stream 1 only:
EX1. Significant** experience in building and maintaining relationships with partners or stakeholders across industry, government, international or academic organizations.
EX2. Significant** experience in developing, negotiating, or implementing contracts, Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), project arrangements, agreements, or licences with industry, academia, government or international organizations.
Stream 1 & 2
EX3. Recent* experience in developing and preparing proposals or providing advice to senior officials (Director level and above)
EX4. Recent* experience in supervising employees
*Recent: experience over a minimum period of two years within the last five years.
**Significant: depth and breadth normally associated with having performed a broad range of various complex related activities over a minimum period of five years.
