Important messages

We are committed to providing an inclusive and barrier-free work environment, starting with the hiring process. If you need to be accommodated during any phase of the evaluation process, please use the Contact information below to request specialized accommodation. All information received in relation to accommodation will be kept confidential.

Assessment accommodation

Applicants must clearly demonstrate in their online application how they meet the essential criteria (Education and Experience) and asset criteria (Education and Experience).

Applicants will be screened solely on the basis of the information provided in the answers to the screening questions. All examples must clearly illustrate WHEN, WHERE and HOW they meet each experience criteria. It is insufficient to simply indicate they have the required qualifications, or to list their current or past duties, or to refer to one’s resume.

Clear and concrete examples are defined as illustrations in which they fully explain the actions, considerations and steps completed to gain the experience they are describing. This detailed contextual information will be used to assess whether they have sufficient experience, in a relevant field to complete the tasks which will be assigned should they be considered for this position. This is similar to what would be expected of them when asked to provide a concrete example of a particular situation in the context of an interview.

The application may be used to assess written communication skills. Applicants must use complete sentences and ensure appropriate vocabulary, grammar, punctuation, usage and structure are used.

CANDIDATES WILL NOT BE SOLICITED FOR INCOMPLETE OR MISSING INFORMATION.
