Duties include but are not limited to the following activities:
- Managing cases and compiling the official record for the various CITT mandates.
- Offering compliance services, guidance, support, and advice on procedural requirements to general public, clients, lawyers, litigants, and other registry staff.
- Verifying redaction of confidential information within evidence submitted to the CITT.
- Coordinating and serving as Court Registrar and Commissioner of Oaths during case management conferences and hearings, whether it be in person, by virtual means, or a combination of both using different digital platforms simultaneously.
- Providing procedural advice and assistance to the general public and internal and external clients, Tribunal Members, litigants, lawyers, federal government institutions, interveners, and witnesses on the filing of documents submitted to the CITT.
- Providing liaison services for Tribunal Members, staff, lawyers, litigants, self-represented participants, and the general public.

The intent of this advertisement is to staff four (4) positions on a term basis.
A partially assessed pool will be created and may be used to staff similar positions at an identical or equivalent group and level with various linguistic requirements, tenures, locations or security level within the Administrative Tribunals Support Service of Canada (ATSSC). Federal organizations listed in Schedules I, IV and V of the Financial Administration Act (FAA) may use this selection process to appoint a candidate to a similar position within their organization.
* IMPORTANT: Please note that the second language skills ''Reading comprehension'' and ''Written expression'' will be assessed before the creation of the pool. Obtaining a level B in these two skills will be required to be qualified in the pool.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
(You must meet ALL of these criteria to be considered for a position)
EDUCATION
ED1: A minimum of 2 years of post-secondary education from a recognized institution OR an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
EXPERIENCE
EX1: Experience in providing administrative support services, such as, but not limited to, drafting or reviewing correspondence, maintaining a calendar, and interacting with the general public and/or external clients.
EX2: Experience with an e-mail service provider, a word processing software, and a spreadsheet software, such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Bilingual - Imperative (BBB/BBB)

ASSET QUALIFICATIONS
The following criteria are asset qualifications. You will not be screened out of the selection process should you answer ''No''.
AEX1: Experience in applying procedures.
AEX2: Experience in analyzing, reviewing, researching, citing sources and/or processing legal documents (ex. complaints, appeals, submissions, witness statements, evidence, etc.)
AEX3: Experience in using an electronic records/case management information system.
