Graduation from a two-year program of study from a recognized post-secondary
institution with acceptable specialization in computer science, information technology, information management or another specialty relevant to the position to be staffed.

Notes:

possess the education prescribed above, are deemed to meet the minimum education
standard based on their education, training and/or experience. They must be accepted
as having met the minimum education standard whenever this standard is called for

Indeterminate incumbents of positions in the CS group on May 10, 1999, who do not possess the education prescribed above, are deemed to meet the minimum education standard based on their education, training and/or experience. Stream 1: Team Leader, Business Line Advisory Services
▫️ Experience in managing and leading a project team during various phases of IM/IT, digital or service oriented projects including the analysis and evaluation of system requirements and technical specifications for clients or stakeholders.

Stream 2: Technical Advisor, Business Line Advisory Services
▫️ Experience in client-service, value/service oriented, or service management

*Recent is defined as an experience having been acquired within the last five (5) years

**Significant is defined as the depth and breadth of experience normally associated with full-time performance of duties for a period of approximately two (2) years.

▫️ Significant** experience providing oversight, support, and advice for a project portfolio in an information technology environment.

▫️ Knowledge of the DevSecOps process of continuous application design and feedback.
