🎓 Education

Graduation from a two-year program of study from a recognized post-secondary
institution with acceptable specialization in computer science, information technology, information management or another specialty relevant to the position to be staffed.

possess the education prescribed above, are deemed to meet the minimum education
standard based on their education, training and/or experience. They must be accepted

▫️ Experience preparing reports on project status and progress.
▫️ Significant** experience developing and maintaining collaborative working relationships with internal and external clients or partners.
▫️ Significant** experience engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including, leading requirement elicitation working sessions, gathering and analyzing business and technical requirements, and developing and presenting recommendations/solutions
Stream 1: Team Leader, Business Line Advisory Services
▫️ Experience in managing and leading a project team during various phases of IM/IT, digital or service oriented projects including the analysis and evaluation of system requirements and technical specifications for clients or stakeholders.
Stream 2: Technical Advisor, Business Line Advisory Services
▫️ Experience in client-service, value/service oriented, or service management
*Recent is defined as an experience having been acquired within the last five (5) years
**Significant is defined as the depth and breadth of experience normally associated with full-time performance of duties for a period of approximately two (2) years.

▫️ Experience as a Business Analyst in defining opportunities and making recommendations for process and system improvement, including: analyzing, modelling and validating business process flows and data; assessing proposed solutions against anticipated business outcomes and requirements; developing business rules and business process re-engineering;
▫️ Experience in IM/IT product management.
▫️ Experience in working on strategic product roadmaps.
▫️ Experience in Agile and or LEAN
▫️ Significant** experience providing oversight, support, and advice for a project portfolio in an information technology environment.
▫️ Experience working as a Product Owner/Product Manager eliciting functional business requirements from internal stakeholders
▫️ Experience applying user-centered design principles to projects/products.
▫️ Experience applying digital accessibility principles to projects/products.
▫️ Knowledge of the DevSecOps process of continuous application design and feedback.
