🛠 EG-05 Maintenance Specialist (Site)
Performance has the local scale of expertise and support to maintenance management and safety practices relatively to planning, maintenance and the operation of the material installations in a service group (group of institutions and other facilities). He will be responsible, among other things, of the coordination of regulatory inspections and maintenance for the implementation and maintenance of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and occupational health and safety programs.

Performance of specialised technical services for planning purposes, design, construction, operation of maintenance and use of building facilities as well as project management, support for the realization of construction and maintenance projects, architectural works, interior design or engineering work as well as the implementation of various technical services programs ins the facilities of Correctional Service Canada (CSC)
🛠 EG-06 Regional Maintenance Specialist
Regional performance of expertise and support for maintenance management and safe work practices with respect to the planning, operation and maintenance of physical places in a Correctional Service Canada (CSC) region particularly with regard to the management of the compliance to the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), occupational health and safety programs and procurement tools for the region.
🛠 EG-06 Real property, Regional manager
Regional performance of project management advice, products and services related to the implementation of real estate projects. Manage financial and materiel resources as well as contract administration for the real estate project management portfolio. Plan and update the regional real estate asset maintenance work program. Review technical studies, building condition reports (BCR) and other technical requests in order to extract information relevant to the regional work program.
The Technical Services in the Quebec region at the Correctional Service of Canada is a stimulating and dynamic environment and his mission is to ensure the operation, compliance and sustainability of housing stock of more than 8 billion dollars. They are responsible for nine (9) institutions and penitentiary complex as well as eight (8) community correctional centers spread across Quebec. The facilities we manage are diverse such as buildings and structures, electrical and mechanical systems, infrastructures, generators, oil tanks, thermal power stations, water treatment and purification plants, roads, fences and barriers, car fleet to nom only those. Depending on where your position is bases, you may be called upon to work in our regional office or in one of our local settlement teams.
This process will create a pool of qualified candidates. Needs are currently anticipatory.

EDUCATION

• A post-secondary degree recognized in a field related to the duties of the position such as engineering technology, architecture technology or real estate project management or a satisfactory score on the Public Service Commission test or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience in the field related to the position

EXPERIENCE

• Experience implementing facility maintenance plans
• Experience implementing an integrated maintenance management system such as Maximo
• Experience implementing of occupational health and safety programs
• Experience in drafting technical documents related to construction or maintenance
• Experience in real property management
👉 For EG-06 positions:
• Experience at least one (1) year in budget planning for a portfolio of projects and/or programs
