Intent of the process

A pool of fully or partially qualified candidates may be established through this process to staff with identical or similar positions within Natural Resources Canada with various tenures (determinate period or indeterminate), various language requirements, various security requirements, various conditions of employment and for various locations.

Education
• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university with a specialization in business administration, public administration, commerce, management, or other specialty relevant to the position or an acceptable combination of education, work experience and training in a field relevant to the position.

Degree equivalency

• Experience undertaking quantitative and qualitative research and analysis
• Experience researching, interpreting, and analysing information from a variety of sources
• Experience providing advice, developing strategies or options, preparing basic business cases or briefing materials for presentation to senior management
• Experience working with clients and stakeholders
• Experience promoting and marketing of technologies

Asset Experience
• Experience in technical writing
• Experience in event planning, coordination and delivery
• Experience developing stakeholder engagement strategies
• Experience marketing and promoting the adoption of new technologies
