3. Specific details of tasks, projects, or accomplishments demonstrating how the experience was acquired.
The screening questions will be used as the primary tool in the screening process and the résumé will be used to substantiate the information provided. Applications that do not clearly demonstrate how the screening criteria are met will be eliminated from consideration.

The intent of this process is to staff AS-01 and AS-02 positions within the National Aircraft Certification Branch at Transport Canada.
A pool of qualified candidates may be established to staff similar positions with various tenures and language requirements across Transport Canada.

Education
➩ A secondary school diploma or employer-approved alternatives (see Note 1).
Note 1:
The employer-approved alternatives to a secondary school diploma are:
-A satisfactory score on the Public Service Commission test approved as an alternative to a secondary school diploma; or
-An acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
Experience
➩ Experience developing, implementing, maintaining, and/or updating procedures for the improvement of work processes for a team.
➩ Experience working with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
➩ Experience conducting research, reviewing, and analyzing information to provide recommendations.
➩ Experience providing administrative services in two or more of the following areas: human resources, budgeting, purchasing, contracting, travel, administering exams, or ATIP support.
ASSET QUALIFICATIONS: Please note that these qualifications are not mandatory to have, however they may be invoked at any time of the process for volume management purposes.
Experience
➩ Experience the preparation, tracking and writing of responses to department correspondence and inquiries.
➩ Experience with the analysis and processing of access to information request(s)
➩ Experience extracting data, compiling and analyzing financial information and preparing reports.
➩ Experience working under pressure and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
