STREAM 1 - Senior Business Issues Management Advisor:
Issues Management key activities entail; identifying, researching, evaluating, developing, amending, recommending, analyzing matters of concern affecting the day-to-day business of the Department in region with regards to policies, practices, business transactions, trends, emerging issues, government announcements, and activities and providing guidance to Senior Management at the Department level, central agencies, and with Other federal departments and other level of government (EX2 - EX5) and the general public.

STREAM 2 - Strategic Management Advisor:
Strategic Management provides a bird’s eye view of the organization, and plays a critical role in setting the strategic direction and priorities for the region. Working closely in a supporting role to the Regional Executive Team and the broader governance structure, you will be exposed to all corners of the organization and gain an understanding of the critical horizontal business lines that exist to help advance regional objectives. Evaluating risks, and measuring progress and achievements, Strategic Management is fortunate to be able to witness the breadth of high quality services provided by the department and the justifiable pride of employees in the work they do.
