🚀 ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS 🚀
- EDUCATION -
• Graduation from a two-year program of study from a recognized post-secondary institution with acceptable specialization in computer science, information technology, information management or another specialty relevant to the position to be staffed.

- EXPERIENCE -
• EXP1 : Recent experience* providing advice and guidance to management (manager or above).
▪ EXP2 : Recent* experience in leading, assigning or coordinating the work of Information Management/Information Technology (IM/IT) staff, students, consultants, or project team members.
▪ EXP3 : Recent* experience collaborating and building effective working relationships with various IM\IT stakeholders.
*Recent experience is defined as depth and breadth of experience normally associated with the performance of those duties on a regular basis for a period of approximately six (6) months or more. However, a shorter duration may be considered based on demonstrated complexity and diversity of work handled, scope of work, and/or level of direct responsibility for a wide variety of complex files and/or projects, acquired in the last three (3) years.

- EDUCATION -
• AETU1 : College diploma from a recognized academic institution in computer science, information technology, information management or another field relevant to the position to be staffed.
• AETU2 : University diploma from a recognized academic institution in computer science, information technology, information management or another field relevant to the position to be staffed.

- ASSET EXPERIENCE -
▪ AEXP1 : Significant experience** in IT project management.
▪ AEXP2 : Significant experience** experience in leading the development or the implementation or support of IT systems.
▪ AEXP3 : Significant experience** to deliver IT services with a Business Intelligence system (e.g. Microsoft Power BI)
▪ AEXP4 : Experience working in the integration and administration of Commercial off-the-Shelf systems “COTS” to deliver IT services.
▪ AEXP5 : Experience to build, maintain and update hardware and software inventory, over and above to evaluate the organization's assets requirements and coordinate their acquisition.
▪ AEXP6 : Experience with the M365 platform to develop business solutions leveraging Power Apps, Power BI, and/or Power Automate.
▪ AEXP7 : Experience in Data warehousing design or Data modelling
▪ AEXP8 : Recent* experience managing a team or project team in an IM/IT environment of at least three (3) employees
▪ AEXP9 : Recent* experience providing IT security or cyber security guidance and recommendations to management (manager or above).
▪ AEXP10 : Significant** Information Technology (IT) professional experience in at least one of the following cyber / IT security areas:
- Application or system security configuration and hardening
- Application or system security testing
- Cyber security incident handling
- Cyber security event monitoring and response
- Security Assessment & Authorization.
